Winter has already come in Game of Thrones at the end of its season 7. Now everyone is waiting for a war that will end all wars.

We all saw that the Night King has finally made it across the wall and the battle has already begun. It seems like nothing will stand in the way of Night King and his army of white walkers and dead. On the other hand, Queen Cersei Lannister who is mad in power and planning her clever tricks to close the chapter of Queen Daenerys Targaryen and her dragons, we are eager to know how she will play her game and the list of the things we are excited for, goes on and on.



Who will win the war? What will be the fate of the iron throne?

To sum up everything . . . . . We are all super excited for it, aren’t we?

Here are some predictions of most expected things for you that are strongly expected to happen in the game of thrones season 8. Dive in.

1-War of Queens

You have known Cersei Lannister as the cleverest and evilest queen in the game of thrones, right? She does not like to be “told” by anyone.

After rejecting Mother of dragons’ proposal and her alliance in front of her brother Jaime Lannister, it does not look like Queen Daenerys will take her this act lightly this time. Her betrayal means “War.” It is expected that despite being clever, Cersei will be trapped in her traps and Mother of dragons will defeat her in the battle.  

2-Jaime Lannister will leave his sister and her madness.

As Cersei is boiling up to take her revenge and is drunk in power, she is taking turns and playing strategies that are even horrible in the eyes of her brother Jaime Lannister. It is expected that he will join King of the North to fight the battle against white walkers and tell him about the plans of Cersei.   

3-The fate of King of the North

There are a lot of rumours that Jon Snow will be the next to sit on Iron Throne, but will he?
He is no doubt the most amazing character in GOT, I will even love if someone write essay for me about him, but his character is weak in playing political strategies. Even if he had a chance to sit on Iron Throne, there are chances he’ll offer it to Mother of Dragons because he has already accepted as her as his Queen and bent his knee.

Bonding of Sansa and Daenerys Targaryen

Lady of Winterfell Sansa Stark and Mother of Dragons Daenerys Targaryen are expected to have friendly bonding in the 8th season of Game of Thrones. They are expected to meet and combine their political powers.
The Mountain vs Hound

It is expected that both of them will meet in a battlefield and Hound will finally get the chance to kill his brother Mountain.

But he won’t kill him because his character is turning good. He will see his brother as a lost and senseless being who has become animal, who is unable to think about anything and follow the commands of his master only.  







Great chances that Bran is the night king.

There is a great possibility that Bran is the Night King.

What? How?

Bran knows it is difficult for any army to beat the Night King. Thinking he will end this war, he will go back in time to stop Children from creating the first ever white walker.

It is expected that Children will catch Brandon Stark and transform him into a first white walker.


Arya will kill Cersei.
Most of the people on Arya's list are dead but few are still alive, and Arya is hungry to kill them. Among all of them, Cersei is the one that Arya wants to kill the most.

It is expected that Arya will come close to her in the face of the person that she trusts the most, and slaughter her swiftly with her sword “needle”.

Fall of Cersei Lannister

Cersei has managed being a queen for so long, and we have all witnessed how she snatched her throne back from her enemies. But in season 8, it does not look like she will continue to sit on her throne, even with the large army, unbeatable politics, extremely dreadful war strategies and dragon killing weapons.

Why?

Because the way she is after her enemies has affected her alliance with those, who were her backbone. Moreover, her traps and her clever tricks will turn into ash by Mother of Dragons as Dany is even more stronger and smarter than her.
